When creating a new site for a customer in PublishingMedia, if there is existing data available for Subscriptions or Membership, an 'import' utility will be written at this time to populate PM with the same data for use in the resulting web site.  As long as the data structure doesn't change, this same utility can be re-used to keep PM up-to-date with the latest versions of subs/member data.  Normally, there will not be a charge for this service.

However, if there is other external data to PM that needs importing for use on the resulting site or for administration (such as Exhibitor lists, or Email contacts) these imports will be charged for, based on our hourly rates for the time taken.
